Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing times may be longer during collection launches, holidays, and other peak periods.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders over $100 and eligible U.K. orders over £100.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, customers are responsible for tracking and arranging delivery with the carrier.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If a package cannot be delivered because of incorrect address information, reshipment fees may apply. Refused international deliveries may be returned at the customer’s expense.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless they are explicitly included at checkout.
