Returns for eligible U.S. orders must be initiated within 15 days of shipment; international returns must be initiated within 28 days of shipment. Returns requested after the applicable window are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
ELIGIBILITY
Returns or refunds are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged or unused and unopened. To qualify for a return, the item must be:
• Unused and in the same condition you received it
• In the original packaging
• Return initiated within 15 days of shipment for U.S. orders or 28 days of shipment for international orders
Items that show signs of use, are opened, or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund.
PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us and we will assist you.
